California Street Office

The remodel and 2nd floor addition on this small building on California Street in Kingston WA created a wonderful work environment for several small professional offices.

A naturopath and a design firm have offices on the lower floor.   Views of the water and Mt. Rainier from the 2nd floor south office suite make taking a break on the deck a delight.

McWilliams Medical Office

McWilliams Medical Offices are two identical buildings of 4,000 sq. ft. each on a one acre property.  Close to shopping and a large suburban community between Silverdale and East Bremerton, this project was successfully leased by its developer/owners.

Features included: an accented concrete foundation, post and beam entry roof, truss roofs spaning the full width and sun filled interor entries.

These buildings can be seen on McWilliams Rd, located accross from Safeway, just to the west of Waga Way.

Cold Stone Creamery

Our clients whished to open a Cold Stone ice cream franchise in an older building on the east side of Westlake Park in downtown Seattle.

The franchise was helpfull in providing detailed information on the standard equipment so that Eberharter Architects could create a custom design for this unique tenent improvement.

Park Terrace

Facing busy Hwy 104 on the north side, and a quiet park on the south side, Park Terrace was to be a new commercial hub in uptown Kingston, WA.  Although the recession begining in 2007 ended this un-built project , a wonderful design was created by the staff of Eberharter Architects.

Design features included: a multi-level concrete parking garage, zero lot line construction, two story and three story living units, and large commercial spaces facing an urban plaza on the grounds.
